Your menu

• As a group manager (m/w/d), you are the heart of our kitchen. For a smooth run, motivate your team and make sure our entire equipment always shines:
• Classification, instructions and motivation of kitchen staff
• Optimization of workflows in the kitchen to ensure efficiency and cleanliness
• Monitoring of cleaning processes and ensuring compliance with our high hygiene standards
• Responsibility for cleanliness and order in the kitchen and compliance with the HACCP guidelines

Your ingredients

• Completed economic training or more comparable training in the form of a further training
• Experience in the hospitality industry and in the management of staff
• Self-employed, structured and careful working
• High motivation, team skills and reliability
• Friendly and service-oriented appearance
• Flexibility and readiness to work into new tasks
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
