Where Count Zeppelin once built his airships, the Congress Hotel Potsdam – a place full of history and possibilities! 450 rooms, 40 meeting rooms, our congress hall, our large Wellbeing area, two restaurants, two bars and much more allow you to discover the diversity of the hotel industry during your training.

During your 3-year training, you'll run all the gastronomic areas of our 4-star hotel and work in direct guest contact. Whether in the advice, care and service of our guests in the restaurant and meeting area or in the preparation of beverages – you are in the middle of it and are helping to make every guest feel comfortable with us all around. As an important team member, you take responsibility and develop professionally and privately.
