Operation and supervision of technical installations at and in buildings Support and participation in energy management Support of all electronic systems, telecommunications / computer and hazard reporting systems Project / subproject management and control as well as planning and construction of construction projects, in particular electrical engineering construction projects in the building management Perception of the building function in the projects Self-contained implementation of projects with responsibility for budgets: assessment, planning, tendering, awarding, building management, building supervision, billing and documentation Care, maintenance and maintenance of all event equipment A change in the area of responsibility is reserved.

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or Master (m/w/d) Professional experience of advantage Knowledge of the use of municipal procurement law of advantage Safe handling of MS Office programs Knowledge of the application of AVA programmes (e.g. ORCA) desirable Teamability as well as independent and active work Industrial thinking Class B driving licence
