Your menu:

After an exciting introduction to different restaurant locations, you will take over the role of restaurant assistance (m/w/d) from the opening of the new restaurant in Bad Friedrichshall.

• Support of restaurant management in the performance and exercise of its administrative tasks in various systems
• Sampling of compliance with the HACCP concept at the site
• Cash transfer incl. daily billing of cash and tresor as well as administrative inventory preparation
• Service plan design of employees incl. recording or reporting of absences of all kinds
• Planning and ensuring the participation of local staff in compulsory training
• Ensure the executed work of the cleaning service provider for buildings and work clothes
• Regular check of the furniture, inventory and equipment of the site for defects and appropriate introduction of necessary maintenance work and repairs

Your ingredients:

• Successfully completed commercial training, training in the service sector or in the hotel/catering industry
• Experience in administrative activities is required
• Professional practice in gastronomy and food handling is beneficial
• Knowledge with the Microsoft Office programs as well as goods management systems and personnel deployment planning system are advantageous
• Self-employed and thorough working and team orientation
• Communication capability, loadability and flexibility
• Very good German skills are required and good English skills are advantageous
• Class B licence is mandatory
