Calculator Building Construction - Turnkey Construction / VOB (m/f/d)

You assess and examine tender documents and prepare mass calculations in cooperation with the project and construction directors You independently calculate offers for high- and turnkey construction projects (new construction and construction in stock) with relevant industry software You take up local conditions and conditions and visit them before starting the calculation You perform post-calculations and maintain master data You request offers from contractors and suppliers, check and compare these You work closely with the responsible project and construction leaders during the start-up phase of a project and support the construction management in the follow-up management

You have completed your studies, a further education for the construction technician (m/w/d) or a professional training with many years of experience You have experience and technical knowledge of high and raw building objects You have good knowledge of VOB/C and other building standards and guidelines You work structured, innovative and solution-oriented You think economically and work targeted You open up and communicate clear and motivating
