Supporting the SAP HCM modules in the areas PA, PE, OM, PKP, SAP ESS, SAP MSS, FITV as well as the focal points PY-DE and PT. Optimize the SAP HCM application landscape of your customers, develop them further and advise in the context of the ever-used SAP HCM modules. After you have been involved, you will take over individual subprojects or perform subtasks independently. Your customers are supported in our home (remote), in the home office and if necessary you also work on site with the customer.

They have proven to have the 4 years of professional experience required for the position as an advisor in one or more of the aforementioned SAP HCM modules. Practical and deeper SAP experience in personnel administration, billing or Personnel time management, the corresponding follow-up activities and the care of the respective schemes and cycles. Interested in new topics such as SAP SuccessFactors or Employee Central Payroll. At best, they are familiar with the ABAP development methods. English knowledge is not absolutely necessary, but desired. Mobility ( nationwide) for the care of your own customers must be given if necessary (max. 20%).
