Event Sales Coordinators - limited to 1 year (m/f/d)

Support of the banquet sales team in the processing of event requests

Creation of offers and contracts

Care and input of booking and customer data into the corresponding systems

Follow-up of open options and support for contracts

Preparation and organization of customer appointments as well as Site Inspections

Detailed agreements with customers, creation of function sheets

Account preparation support, customer feedback and reports

Close cooperation with event planning, banquet, kitchen and front office

Meeting of the banquet department at the screening of events

Complete training in the hotel industry, in event management or comparable qualification

First experience in the event sale, in the reservation or in the event area

Organizational talent with high quality awareness and team spirit

Communication strength and joy at guest contact

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office, knowledge of PMS or CRM of advantage

Own initiative and desire to develop in the Event Sales area
