At our site in Eislingen we develop, produce and sell exclusive products from the fields of oral care and decorative cosmetics. As team management QM, you take a key role in sustainable business success. You give structure and direction to our QM system, develop processes in a targeted manner and provide clear document guidance for transparency and reliability. The requirements for IFS HPC are safe to look at and carry out customer and certification audits. With your team, you make sure that quality is not only tested, but is lived throughout the company. Your tasks and responsibilities include: Technical and organizational management of the QM team Ensuring GMP-compliant production of cosmetic products Developing and ensuring the quality management system according to IFS HPC and other relevant standards Planning, implementation and support of internal, external and customer audits Responsibility for complaint, CAPA and change management Examination, approval and maintenance of quality-relevant documents (SOPs) / document steering Responsibility for risk and crisis management
