Team management of the Facility Management Team at the location (currently 5 people) Self-assessment of projects in the field of maintenance and rebuilding of buildings, transport and external installations Responsibility for factory safety, access systems and alarm systems Coordination of services such as catering, cleaning services and waste management Creation of cost/investment and personnel planning within the framework of budget planning and monitoring of costs Participation in audits as well as their preparation and follow-up Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations, standards and standards

A study or training as technician or Masters in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Building and Supply Technology and in a comparable field Management experience Good communication capability and safer appearance Self-employed and structured working, combined with a high degree of certainty German and English fluent in word and writing
