International Project Manager – Software, Processes und IT (Large-Scale Projects) (m/f/d)

As International Project Manager (m/w/d), you are the driving force behind the software, process and IT aspects of complex, large-scale projects. Our projects include production facilities for banknotes, coins, security documents and travel passes, as well as complete intralogistics and automation systems. You are responsible for monitoring the planning, solution development and implementation – including Go-live. Control of cutting points to global enterprise functions, customers and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitoring both technical and commercial aspects of the project, including reporting, cost control, contract management and budget planning. Planning, coordination and monitoring of all phases of the project – from detailed engineering and production to dispatch, installation, integration and commissioning to final acceptance – in compliance with dates, budgets and quality standards. clarification of orders with system component suppliers and definition of functional, technical and commercial content. Definition of work packages and prioritization of tasks based on skills, functionality and project requirements. Development and management of implementation and operational concepts, including coordination of local teams. Presentation of project results to customers and internal managers.

Studies in computer science, information technology, engineering, business or a comparable field. PMP certification or equivalent project management certification desirable. Detectional experience in the management of large-scale software projects (e.g. automation of cash centers), including clarification of customer requirements, solution development and go-live. At best, more than ten years of experience in projects in the cash industry (Cash Center, Printing, Mint Embossing, Automated Intralogistics), including leadership of international teams. Excellent English skills in word and writing and French skills are very desirable. Representative leadership skills, organizational talent and the ability to build and motivate teams. Safe handling of project management tools and software. Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving and decision-making strength. Understanding commercial and contractual issues. .
