Tech Lead Portal Development (m/w/d) in Hamburg We are ENQT – the partner for mobile solutions of the future ENQT is a fast-growing company in the field of network and performance testing for radio networks. We measure networks such as 4G, 5G, WiFi 6E and IoT and serve over 500 customers in Germany and Europe. We are looking for you as Tech Lead Portal Development (m/w/d). In this role you are responsible for the further development of our portals as well as our specially developed ERP and measurement data system. You accompany features from requirement to go level, work closely with stakeholders and develop scalable, efficient solutions. As Tech Lead, you coordinate the team, maintain progress and quality in mind and actively promote the optimization of processes, architecture and systems. Further development and scaling of our existing systems and portal solutions

Support in the digitization and optimization of business processes Implementation of new functions in our ERP and measurement data systems Close cooperation with stakeholders to define requirements and develop solutions Planning, preparation and monitoring of work packages in the development team Regular reporting to the development management Participation in project planning, roadmaps and milestones Identification of bottlenecks and derivation of optimization measures Professional leadership and support of the developer team Your profile as Tech Lead Portal Development (m/w/d)

Finded knowledge in PHP, ideally with Symfony

Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL Good knowledge of JavaScript (Vue.js 2/3 or React) Experience in the professional leadership of teams or projects Basic understanding of project management and agile methods High self-motivation and strong responsibility Customer and service-oriented thinking Structured, efficient and reliable operation Very good knowledge of German and reliable English Interest in mobile and energy Why ENQT?
