Independent technical and disciplinary management of the Mechanics department with 12 assigned employees (m/w/d) Ensuring a smooth running of repair and maintenance measures for our complex manufacturing and central engineering systems and our building technology in the field of mechanics Take responsibility for optimal gearing of armor, maintenance and troubleshooting with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of our processes and reducing downtime Independent planning and preparation of work tasks and coordination of our employees Sustainable optimization of our production and Maintenance by using modern management methods (e.g. Centerlining, TPM, 5S, Lean Management, KVP etc.) Optimization of our maintenance strategy and appropriate measures for preventive maintenance Implementation and ensuring compliance with work protection measures Coordination and documentation of repairs and maintenance Manager (m/w/d) Tracking our production program on the basis of relevant KPIs and ensuring compliance with scheduled, fault-free and economic maintenance Management of and cooperation in projects in close coordination with production Ensuring mechanical explosion protection in the corresponding areas

Completed master or Technical training or comparable qualification in the field of industrial mechanics Long-term management experience with maintenance teams Practical experience in industrial maintenance, preferably with automated plants in the food industry Know-how in (technical) project management Expertise in modern maintenance concepts (Centerlining, TPM, 5S, Lean Management etc.) Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Very good analytical skills as well as structured and independent working
