Your tasks: Takeover of technically released reinforcement and mast replacement concepts and ensure complete implementation bases Control of execution planning, performance directories, cost determination and scheduling Examination of tendering and awarding procedures together with feasibility & engineering and purchasing Preparation and support of tenders, offer comparisons, award recommendations and budget and investment grants Control of construction companies, planning offices, suppliers, mast manufacturers and other external partners Ensuring work security, appointment, budget, quality and complete documentation Organisation of acceptances, handovers, deficiencies and clearances Status, risk, cost and forecast reporting to team management and PMO Coordination of the transfer of a new mast to the downstream customer moving and rebuilding process For mast reinforcements: control of the implementation at the existing site on the basis of the approved reinforcement concept For mast exchange: triggering and stopping the surface clarification as well as combining the input variables for cost estimation, mast height, occupancy area and power connection For mast replacement: preparation of the decision on mast product and suitable implementation model In the GU model: managing the general contractor on the client side with regard to appointment, costs, quality and contract performance In the Gewerk-Split-Modell: Control of Planning Office, Approval Planning, Mast Acquisition and Delivery as well as Realisation Companies Your skills: Multiannual experience with construction processes as well as in the construction project management and/or construction management Multiannual experience in project management of construction or infrastructure projects Experience in tendering, awarding and controlling construction services Experience in managing planning offices, construction companies, suppliers and other project participants Funded understanding of construction processes, execution planning, performance directories, permits and decreases Experience in the interface management of complex, parallel running structures Secure appointment, cost, quality and risk management Technical or commercial technical qualification with relevant professional experience Remarkable: experience with steel construction, construction in stock or special technical constructions, experience with Gewerke-Split models and the presentation of technical main components Ideally knowledge of investment release, capex, measurement and accounting processes as well as experience with acquisitions, approval procedures, customer migration or reconstruction
