Are you looking for a fruity education and want to learn processes around the professional image specialist warehouse or specialist for warehouse logistics (m/w/d)? Then we are looking for you to start training in August 2026 for our site in Ettlingen (near Karlsruhe)!

As an apprentice at SanLucar, you will be involved in work processes from the outset and may take responsibility.

During training in our fruit and vegetable storage, you will not only get to know the area of goods acceptance and control, stock management or commissioning, but also the entire logistics chain to the organization of transports when working with the most modern warehouse management systems.

In addition to internal training in our modern logistics center, you will visit the vocational school in Karlsruhe, where practical work is underpinned by theoretical knowledge. In our freshness center in Ettlingen you have the opportunity to train yourself in two years as a specialist store (m/w/d) or to make your degree as a specialist for stock logistics after three vitamin-rich years.

You have a completed school education and your open, communicative way, as well as spatial imagination, as well as your curiosity about getting to know the entire value chain of an international company.

Working with fruit and vegetables is not a day like the other: flexibility and an independent way of working are also important for our trainees. Good knowledge of German in word and writing, a dedicated way of working, as well as a “Pack-we`s- an!” – mentality completes your profile.
