Overall responsibility for the result and performance of the operating part (conversion, DB, costs) – with a clear focus on personnel management, transparency and effectiveness End-to-end control of the value chain from order intake to dispatch – efficient, reliable and cost-conscious Management and development of sales services, AV, tube lasers 3-layer operation, welding, purchasing and storage, with around 25 employees Active bottleneck and capacity management as well as consistent process optimization (KVP/Lean) Strategic development of the site, investment planning and identification of growth and efficiency potentials

Technical training or studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, production technology, master/technician) with multi-year leadership experience in production – ideally in the metalworking middle class established practice in production control, production planning and quality management; Experience in laser cutting of advantage, but no need Sovereign handling of key figures, ERP/production systems and modern manufacturing technology Leadership with clear communication, authentic appearance and genuine hands-on presence in production Entrepreneurial thinking, structured working and motivation to develop people such as processes
