Support for administrative and operational activities in daily business Working with the care and structuring of documents and data Support in handling tickets and inquiries Working with the quality assurance of documents and processes Support in preparation, tracking and documentation of work steps Support in the preparation of presentations and policy templates for management and coordination of meetings Work within the framework of the project to introduce global document management Creation of overviews, evaluations and documentation Insight into a future-oriented transformation project at the interface between HR, IT and process management

Continuous studies, ideally in the field of BWL, Business Informatics, Business Psychology, Administration Studies or in a comparable course Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Interest in HR processes, digital systems and organizational processes handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, of advantage First experiences with document management systems or process modeling of advantage Pleasure of administrative tasks and to organize things proactively, efficiently and properly Teamability, initiative and willingness to learn A structured, careful and reliable operation
