Working Student Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Management (m/f/d)

To continue our mission, we are looking for a working student Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Management (m/w/d). In this role you support our Team Talent Acquisition in operational recruiting and at the same time get the opportunity to take responsibility independently. Together with an experienced team, you will get to know modern recruiting in all its facets: quality-oriented, data-based and with real pleasure to bring people and bottle mail together as a perfect match that really suit each other.

You support our talent acquisition team throughout the recruiting process from publishing a job to recruiting new colleagues: Through different channels (e.g., LinkedIn) you support the active search, identification and address of suitable candidate:inside Together with the team for a positive Candidate Experience, you support our applicants: within the entire recruiting process As an interface between applicants:inside and our departments, you support the appointment organization and are available as a contact person:into You will form job advertisements, help with administrative tasks in applicant management and gain insights into our recruiting key figures and processes Depending on the interest and development, you take your own smaller projects and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our recruiting.

You are immatricated:r Student:in, ideally with economic, psychological or comparable focus First practical experiences in recruiting, HR or sales are of advantage, but no need You enjoy dealing with people and want to understand what makes good recruiting You work structured and reliable and keep track of multiple topics at the same time You convince by your open way and communicate safely with different contacts: inside You want to take responsibility, actively shape things and develop yourself professionally and personally Team spirit is important to you and you like to work in an environment where you speak openly, support each other and also a common laughing in everyday work is of course
