Architect / Interior Designer as Project Manager (m/f/d)

Filial and space concepts: You design the interiors of our branches and continuously develop our master design – including individual interior design solutions Modern working environments: You design and implement innovative office and workplace concepts taking into account our corporate design and develop this Quality assurance: You check external architectural planning and ensure their quality and compliance with our standards Builder-side control: You act as a central interface between builder and external specialist planners Project coordination: You control all project participants (architecture, TGA, service providers) and ensure a smooth and targeted process Feasibility studies: You evaluate planning concepts of external expert planners and prepare decision bases Sustainable building: You implement the KSK sustainability guide in new and refurbishment projects Cost and appointment management: You keep budgets, qualities and schedules at any time

Education: You have successfully completed your studies in architecture or interior architecture Experience: You have several years of experience in the planning and implementation of construction projects and in the design of interior spaces, ideally in the area of store and office concepts Design understanding: You bring a pronounced sense of design, functionality and user-oriented spatial concepts with Sustainability: You are passionate about sustainable building and integrate appropriate requirements into your projects IT skills: You work safely with MS Office and ideally with MS Project and ORCA AVA Responsibility: You work independently and structured and prepare decisions in a sound manner, always keeping an eye on economic aspects Communication strength: You convince by a safe occurrence, enforcement ability and the ability to present work outcomes in line with the address Customer and service orientation: You recognize the requirements of internal and external stakeholders and act accordingly service-oriented Team spirit: You like to work in the team and drive topics forward independently at the same time
