Information about our customer: For our customers we are looking for a project manager / expert planner TGA (m/w/d) – heating, ventilation, climate and cold at the Hamburg-Eimsbüttel site. Our customer is an established planning company in the field of technical building equipment (TGA). The focus is on demanding TGA projects with the focus on heating, ventilation, climate and cold (HLS/HKLS) as well as optional building automation. The position combines independent technical planning with project responsibility and coordination of all participating project partners.

Independent processing and planning of TGA projects according to HOAI Technical planning for all performance phases 1–9 for the plants Heating, ventilation and air conditioning/colds – both in the new building and in stock Coordination of own planning with technical system planners and other project participants Responsibility for appointments, costs and quality within the supervised projects Active interface coordination with building authority, architects and other project participants Controlling and responsibility for the cost-effectiveness of the projects Regular support and support of the projects at the construction site

Complete study in the field of TGA / Supply Technology or comparable qualification, for example as technicians plumbing/heating/climate or Master SHK At least 4–5 years of relevant professional experience as project manager, specialist planner TGA, TGA planner, utility technician or in a comparable position Compulsive professional experience on the planning side in a planning office – experience only in a crafts company is not sufficient for the position knowledge of heating, ventilation, climate and cold; Knowledge of building automation is advantageous Experience in the processing and planning of TGA projects according to HOAI German knowledge of C2-/Mother languages driving licence class B Self-employed and structured working methods and strong sense of responsibility
