Your tasks as assistance in the field of production/steel construction (gn):

• Ensure smooth office management for steel construction
• Professional organizing and logging of meetings and keeping important shopfloor key figures
• Pre- and post-processing of desires and audits to ensure our standards in the company
• Efficient handling of orders in the ERP system and other ordering systems
• Coordination and cooperation with Masters (gn) and project engineers (gn) to coordinate investment
• Support for human time management
• Implementation of smaller projects

• Complete training in the commercial sector or comparable qualification
• Assistance experience of advantage
• Secure handling of current MS Office applications
• Knowledge in an ERP system (InforLN) desirable
