You accompany the technical planning and take care of your own responsibility for the support and control of the projects. You create calculations, offers and process supplements The implementation of project and cost controlling is one of your tasks as well as the monitoring and control of budgets, dates and quality specifications. You conduct and coordinate the specialist staff and assembly teams used, while you are responsible for the technical and commercial support of our customers during project processing. With planners, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors, you are tuning and ensuring smooth communication You document the progress of the project and start regular reports. At the same time, you will process tenders, supplements and bills taking into account the VOB/B

Complete further education on the state-tested technician, master or studies in the field of supply technology, building technology, HKLS or TGA Knowledge of ventilation and air conditioning Experience in the planning and design of technical installations Knowledge of costing, project controlling and supply creation Safe handling of procurement and contract law, especially VOB/B and VOB/C Experience in performance and contract management leadership experience or strong leadership qualities Safe and professional appearance in customer contact Entrepreneurial thinking and an economic and solution-oriented way of working Class B driving licence
