We supply specialist retailers and workshops in Europe, the USA and Canada from our 95,000 m2 central warehouse in Heeslingen in Lower Saxony. Take responsibility in the central warehouse: independent control of a defined subarea in the central warehouse Control logistics processes: ensuring and coordinating a smooth process of logistics processes in the area of responsibility Recognizing Optimization Potentials & Realizing Improvements: Continuous Analysis of Existing Processes and Implementation of Process Changes and Active Cooperation in Lean Management Keep in mind productivity: Responsibility and ensuring the productivity of all operational processes in the corresponding sub-area Management & development of the team: leadership, further development and motivation of employees Compliance with Directives & regulations: ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and directives

Training & Qualification: Successfully completed professional or master training or completed studies in business management or economic engineering, preferably with a focus on logistics Professional Experience & Expertise: Multiannual Professional and Leadership Experience and Basic Knowledge of Continuous Improvement (KVP) and Lean Management IT & language skills: experience in dealing with warehouse management systems as well as the current MS Office programs including the evaluation of relevant key figures and reliable German knowledge (mind. C1) Personal competence: communication strength, entrepreneurial thinking as well as pronounced customer and service orientation and at the same time enforcement strength, organizational talent and systematic working
