Self-support and implementation of procurement procedures for construction services by GWB and VOB/A below and above EU thresholds Consultation and support of departments in all matters relating to the law Verification of tender documents for conformity with procurement law, completeness and consistency Ensuring compliance with deadlines and deadlines in the procurement procedure Examination and evaluation of tenders up to the award decision, including tender communication Participation in the optimization of processes

Bachelor of Laws (w/m/d), Administration (w/m/d) and (w/m/d) in the fields of civil engineering, civil management, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification or corresponding knowledge and skills acquired in practice Multiannual professional experience in the supervision and implementation of procurement procedures for construction services Comprehensive knowledge in the field of VOB and in the application of the procurement manuals in road and bridge construction Good knowledge of German language in word and writing That would be desirable: Experience in handling digital award workflows, e.g. based on the AI assignment manager, and ideally experience in handling iTWO or comparable AVA systems IT-Affinity and openness and readiness to learn about new software applications
