For our customers, a leading industrial company in the field of glass processing and logistics processes in Grünkraut near Ravensburg, we are looking for a foreman dispatch (m/w/d) in full time as part of the employee transfer with a long-term perspective. You play a central role in the field of shipping/logistics and control the processes around commissioning, touring loading and shipping coordination. You work closely with production and work preparation and ensure a smooth flow of material.

Professional leadership of the shipping team and coordination of daily workflows Organisation of picking and tour loading according to shipping planning Ensuring scheduled shipping processing (Just-in-Time Processes) Coordination of personnel use and creation of shift and deployment plans Interface communication with production, work preparation and disposition Monitoring of quality standards in shipping Active cooperation in the operational shipping process Organisation of material flow, packaging and shipping racks

Completed training in logistics, e.g. as a specialist in warehouse logistics (m/w/d) or comparable Professional experience in shipping, warehouse or logistics First experience in employee management or as a foreman of advantage Embossed organisational capacity and structured functioning High communication strength and enforcement capability Good knowledge of German in word and writing Safe handling of computer systems in storage and shipping areas
