As an owner-managed family company and a team of over 130 eco-construction pioneers, we do not want to build less badly. We, the eco-design pioneers for C2C markets, design and implement innovative solutions for climate-positive and circular construction according to the Cradle to Cradle (C2C) design concept. With healthy and natural materials, we set new standards in the construction industry and actively promote the construction transition. Our goal is to establish a new culture of building with tangible references that brings people and nature in harmony. As a family-run company based in Regensburg, we carry sustainable construction from the top to the width. We are represented throughout Germany and in Spain and Portugal.

In order to further advance our vision and carry our positive handprint further into the industry and into the world, we are looking for a dedicated construction or project manager for the large-scale northern Oberpfalz, who takes responsibility for our construction projects with its implementation strength and team spirit. You coordinate the construction processes, work closely with various partners and ensure compliance with quality standards and timetables. With your expertise, you are therefore instrumental in implementing our climate-friendly and resource-saving construction projects.

You are local contact for our construction projects in your region You control our construction site in work preparation, implementation and refurbishment You first set up performance directories, construction schedules and tactics You lead the construction site in economic, timely and qualitative terms As part of our team of project developers, planners and construction managers, you make your contribution to the success of the project and to the success of the construction transition!

You have a technical training or alternatively a completed study in the field of civil engineering or architecture You have professional experience in these areas, at best in the field of turnkey construction Your independent and targeted work is characterized by commercial and technical action You have very good German skills (at least level C1)
