For our locations in Linz on the Rhine and Königswinter, we are looking for a reliable, professionally experienced person who likes to take up and take responsibility. They ensure that our buildings and outdoor facilities are safe, functional and well-maintained – and help to ensure that educational and care work can be well done. Your New Task

✓ Repair and maintenance work ✓ Ensure building safety and technical operational readiness ✓ Support for external service providers and assignment of foreign companies ✓ Outdoor care including winter service ✓ Support for removals and room preparation (e.g. seating) ✓ Disposal and waste disposal tasks as well as bottling ✓ Car care and coordination of workshop dates

Your profile

✓ Completely crafted training, e.g. as an electrician / plant mechanic / sanitary, heating and climate engineer (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification ✓ Handicraft skill ✓ Self-employed and responsible work ✓ The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
