They are responsible for “Your” construction site (e.g. schools, kindergartens, office and administrative buildings in turnkey wood and system construction) and main contact person for all participants in the Berlin-Brandenburg region and, if necessary, supraregional. They monitor the execution of the object in accordance with the construction permit, the execution plans and the performance descriptions as well as the recognised rules of the technology. They monitor the quality of the construction design, compliance with costs, execution dates and work safety. Sovereignly coordinate and control all construction works until the acceptance. With continuous performance, you can count on all services with the after-contractors.

Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, wood technology, alternatively you are a construction technician. They have professional practice in the construction line in turn-key construction, in particular in the construction structures, experience in timber construction is advantageous. Your appearance is sovereign, binding and authentic. They recognize problems and their causes at an early stage, look proactively for solutions and keep an overview in stressful situations. They have secure knowledge of building and contract law as well as in correspondence according to VOB/B. They have secure knowledge of VOB/C. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the application of LEAN Construction Management. They have knowledge of German (C1) and are ready for travel and overnight.
