Strategic Sustainability Management & Consulting: Responsibility for the regional sustainability strategy in the real estate sector, implementation of global requirements and advice of CRE EMEA on roadmap, priorities and relevant sustainability trends. Project Management: Controlling and implementing regional sustainability measures across the entire life cycle, with costs, dates, quality, resources and risks as well as standardized project processes. Stakeholder Management: Central representative for sustainability and energy issues in the real estate sector in the EMEA region, as well as consulting regional business unit managers and internal stakeholders. Innovation: Support for global sustainability initiatives through the introduction of regional requirements, with the creation of new solutions and ensuring integration in Group-wide technology standards and methods.
