You ensure that our technical equipment works perfectly and takes over their commissioning, shutdown and control during the ongoing operation of the shopping center Ernst-August Galerie Hannover (EAGH). You carry out careful and predictive safety checks on technical installations, escape routes and other relevant areas. In technical disorders, you are the first respondent and take over the first diagnosis as well as, if necessary, minor repair work. You bring a completed training in a craft occupation (e.g. in the field of electrical or gas/water installation) or a comparable qualification as well as at least two to three years of experience in building management. As an all-round talent, you will always find the right solution for all requirements together with partners, colleagues and supervisors. You are friendly and respectful with others. You like to take responsibility for smaller projects, testify to your independent work and are ready to work in the shift and standby service. In addition, you are digitally affin and have experience with the MS Office package. Ideally, you are also familiar with the operation of GLT systems and programs and have basic knowledge in the field of ventilation and electrical systems. Experiences with NSHV switching systems, emergency power systems and heating and ventilation technology are desirable.
