Project Manager Focus: Submarine Hunting Systems (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the implementation of medium and large projects in the field of modern submarine hunting applications in compliance with the quality, cost and time targets while respecting the company's objectives and product strategies. Responsible professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams consisting of engineering, commercial management, logistics, production and integration during all phases of the project. Self-creation, coordination, regular review and implementation of project planning and maintenance of project progress incl. Date and cost plans. Monitoring project costs, identifying budget deviations and implementing cost control measures. Ensuring compliance with the contract, identifying risks and problems and implementing measures to minimise them. Control, support and coordination of partners and subcontractors. Conducting a claim management, i.e. identifying, evaluating and solving claims within the project.

Successfully completed university studies in the field of economics or engineering. Long-term professional experience in the management of large projects, ideally in the maritime environment. Many years of experience in managing project teams and in-depth knowledge of common project management methods and tools. Ideally certification in project management (IPMA C). Embossed customer and service orientation. High team, communication and conflict resolution capability. International experience and intercultural sensitivity. High level of initiative, enforcing, readiness for responsibility and good time management. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Ready for occasional national or international missions.
