Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team accident damage and insurance management. clarification of fundamental issues in the area of the right of damage, as well as the development and coordination of goals and processes within the team. Processing of claims of and against the Federal Highway GmbH in the area of the Southwest branch (including motor vehicle and operating accidents, road safety obligation) as well as prosecution, regulation and defence of claims for damages arising from accidents involving utility vehicles. Support for civil processes, even or together with external lawyers.

University of Law Studies. First and second state exams satisfying at least with the note. Very good knowledge of civil and civil process law. High decision-making competence and enforcement capacity. Reflected conflict behavior. Responsible and independent action. Ability and willingness to interdisciplinary cooperation.
