Security Operations and Incident Management: Support in the processing of security incidents and inquiries from the departments. Preparation and implementation of awareness measures in the framework of authorization management to promote security awareness within the organization

PowerBI and GitHub Process Management: Supporting the release of processes in PowerBI and GitHub, including the integration of AI solutions for our developers (m/w/x) to increase efficiency and transparency

Definition and integration of security processes: support the development and definition of security processes and transfer them to our company-wide process house to ensure a robust and consistent security strategy.

Optimization and structuring of the internal wiki: Develop and implement an improved structure for the existing security wiki to increase user-friendliness and accessibility. Translate the Wiki pages to English and provide comprehensive English documentation to promote international cooperation

enrolled studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, business management or related studies

Basic knowledge of PowerBI; Experience with Wiki systems and documentation processes of advantage

German and English knowledge in word and writing to ensure effective communication and documentation

Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills to understand and optimize complex processes

Ability to cooperate in interdisciplinary teams and to communicate with different stakeholders

High motivation and willingness to learn new technologies and processes and drive projects autonomously
