Who we are? ROBIGS is a private bilingual replacement school with a full-day offer and was opened in the summer of 2015 - linked to the ROSEN Group - at the location in Lingen. Under the umbrella of the ROCARE we are a multi-professional team and work closely together with the areas ROKIDS (bilingual daycare centre) and ROYOUTH (youth initiative). Our international and dynamic team combines a wide range of competencies and is passionate about offering children an inspiring place of learning. What makes us special? As a language-sensitive school, we combine classical subjects such as German, mathematics and English with scientific and technical focuses. We attach great importance to education for sustainable development and integrate it into our multidisciplinary projects. At Robigs, children learn self-discovering and practical in age-mixed groups. YOUR ACTIVITY:

You plan and design your teaching independently and reflect it together with your colleagues in the Team-Teaching (German and English) You teach classes 1 to 4 in small learning groups with a maximum of 20 children, both in open teaching and in project-like learning formats that you can creatively develop. We focus on child-friendly and individual learning: each child is promoted and demanded according to its strengths and development needs Cooperation with international families is a natural part of your educational everyday life at ROBIGS You work in a fully digitized school environment You benefit from a clear work-life balance: Your working day ends with leaving the school - pre- and post-processing takes place on site in the team or partially flexible in the home office

You have at least one completed Master of Education in the Department of Education You bring the willingness to live school differently and actively contribute You are happy to inspire children in a sustainable way for learning Your English skills correspond to level C1, your German skills to level B2
