As an intern (m/w/d), our team supports you in the E-Procurement Management Process and helps to efficiently and smoothly design digital procurement in the BVK. The focus of your activity is the support of the admin team for user questions as well as process and user guidance. You work closely with strategic purchasing as well as various internal departments and are actively involved in the continuous improvement of our E-Procurement system. These are your tasks: You are the first contact point together with the admin team for questions from the departments around our procurement system (support via email, MS teams or directly in the system) Administrative support in e-procurement management, e.g. maintenance of master data and system settings Adjustment and maintenance of user settings in the Procurement System (rolling, permissions, workflows) Processing of documentation for the departments, e.g. test and user manuals Support in preparing and organizing training, including scheduling and creating training videos Preparation and creation of Intranet articles around the Procurement System
