Vice President, Portfolio Management – Project Finance, Energy & TMT (m/f/d)

As a vital force, you proactively enter a portfolio of project financing transactions primarily from the energy and TMT sectors (technology, media & telecommunications). If necessary, you are also responsible for further portfolios. Take portfolio management activities, such as refinancing, credit conditions, reviews, analytics and monitoring, and take stock of trends on the market at an early stage and can proactively control their impact on the portfolio. With thought-out measures for capital allocation and portfolio management, you keep risks within the framework of this, optimically yields sustainably and naturally also brings your expertise z. in risk analysis and in-life management To this end, you create and represent high-quality credit applications and decision-making templates, have financial models, credit documents and legal analyses safely in hand and thus support the mandaters in their decision-making. As a stimulus for portfolio management, you will create and present proactive portfolio analyses, including industry trends and sector views, and will participate in local and global initiatives in this area.

Complete subject-specific studies ideally in business / finance or comparable or a comparable qualification Multiannual, well-founded professional experience in wholesale banking / corporate customer business Ideally practice in the areas of credit business, project financing or in energy or energy TMT sector Good knowledge of credit documentation in Specialised Lending / Structured Finance Extensive know-how in financial modelling, credit analysis, and the creation of credit votes or Credit reports Secure handling of MS Office, copilot and rating tools Excellent communication skills, independent operation and high level of detail Adaptability and fun at work in the team Open to cultural diversity in an international environment Good German and English in Word and Scripture
