Production planning / material scheduling (m/f/d)

Our EMEA team is working to further advance the impressive expansion in the region – to become bites for bites – and the regional market leader for brand protein snacks. This position is located in Ansbach. Brief description of what we are looking for:

1. Production planning & production control Medium-term demand and capacity planning Creation and continuous maintenance of production plans Termination and approval of production orders based on capacities, personnel and machine availability
2. Material disposition & inventory management Ensuring the timely supply of material for all production areas Disposition of raw materials, auxiliary materials and operating materials as well as purchasing parts according to planning requirements (without negotiation activities) Stock monitoring and optimization (security stocks, reporting stocks, ABC/XYZ analyses)
3. Logistics, Customs & Foreign Trade Control of the import supply chain Date and transport monitoring of all international deliveries (sea freight, air freight, rail, road) Coordination of all import-relevant processes with logistics service providers, freight forwarders, customs agencies and the internal logistics team
4. Reporting & continuous improvement Creation and maintenance of key figures (KPIs) for production, material availability, stocks and transport status Identification and Implementation of Process Improvements (Lean, Digitization, Automation)

EU citizenship and/or a valid work permit are required. Please note that no moving support is offered for this position. Education: The general level of education which is typically found in persons who exercise this role. Professional experience: general as well as possibly Leadership experience describes the number of years of professional experience that is typically necessary to be successful in this role. Behavior competencies: Complete technical or commercial training with additional qualification or studies in production, logistics or supply chain At least 5 years of professional experience in production planning, material disposition or operational import/logistics management Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, APO, IBP) Knowledge of customs and external economic processes (incoterms, import documentation) desirable Analytical thinking, structured functioning and ability to prioritize Communication strength, team orientation and high sense of responsibility Very good knowledge of German and English for local and international cooperation
