Your tasks Answer the candidate selection and run telephone interviews with potential candidates.

Maintain candidate management and update the database regularly.

Standing executives are available as contact persons for all recruiting questions.

Support several locations both throughout Germany and throughout Europe in recruitment.

Create reports, evaluations and statistics to optimize the recruiting process.

Continuously develop recruiting processes and processes to increase efficiency.

Work closely with internal and external interfaces to ensure smooth implementation of the recruiting.

So you are high service orientation and excellent knowledge of German in word and writing
