You play a central role in managing and developing financial corporate performance within an international group of companies. You are responsible for creating budgets, forecasts and financial planning in close cooperation with management and finance leadership. You perform monthly performance analyses and create meaningful reports for national and international stakeholders. You analyze the deviations and derive sound recommendations for action to improve results. You manage the construction, evaluation and monitoring of business cases including KPI tracking and relevant post-calculations. You support the management of operational areas through financial transparency and data-based decision bases. You are responsible for financial-related projects and accompany change processes. You contribute to the consolidation of financial data at group level. You optimize existing financial processes and develop internal control and reporting structures. You work closely with international finance colleagues from the Danish parent company.

Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or in a comparable course Including professional experience in Business Controlling and Financial Controlling or Financial Analysis Experience in international and group-like corporate structures is advantageous Very good knowledge in Excel and safe handling of ERP systems as well as business intelligence tools Experience in using budgeting tools Expressed analytical skills to understand complex facts Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Experience in creating and evaluating business cases and in KPI-based performance monitoring Communication strength in both German and English (at least fluent) Pleasure of cooperation with different departments and international colleagues
