The Defence & Security division is particularly committed to the armed forces and a recognised technical service provider at national and international level in the design of solutions, the monitoring of analysis, development and implementation projects and the provision of services.

Activity

• Support in managing administrative and organisational tasks, as well as self-responsibility of the branch management and the local team
• Conduct the correspondence of the branch in the administrative environment as well as preparation, registration, dispatch and archiving of the customer correspondence
• Self-employed and careful document management and distribution
• Responsible organisation and coordination of appointments, care of relevant contacts and registers
• Organization of customer events, acquisition of own, internal projects
• Planning of service travel and preparation of travel cost accounting
• Representation for other departments in the event of a holiday and illness

Preconditions

• Complete study of political sciences, social sciences or comparable or completed commercial training
• Multiannual relevant professional experience in a comparable position
• High sense of responsibility, discretion and reliability
• It is also important to you that your work has a high quality
• User knowledge of MS-Office and SAP is desirable
• Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
