In IT Application Management, you are responsible for the operation and further development of network and network security platforms and act as a central interface between internal specialist and security areas, IT providers and hardware and software manufacturers. You will ensure a stable, regular and secure operation of the productive network infrastructure and analyse malfunctions as well as security incidents to derive appropriate measures. You design workarounds, coordinate their implementation and initiate sustainable improvements to ensure operational stability and safety. You are driving the continuous development of the network and security architecture as well as the associated production and operating processes to increase resilience, performance and audit strength.

You have successfully completed a study of (economic) informatics or have a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience in the area of network and IT security. You have well-founded knowledge of modern network and security architectures as well as relevant security frameworks and regulatory requirements such as DORA, BSI basic protection, NIS2 and BAIT; ideally, you also bring experience with KRITIS requirements. You are characterized by pronounced analytical and conceptual skills and work independently as well as solution-oriented. You have a sovereign communication and coordination capability and are sure to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
