Group Controller (m/f/d)

For ProMinent GmbH we are looking for a Group Controller (m/w/d).

Monthly financial statements: You accompany and check the monthly accounts of the subsidiaries, assess the economic indicators and conduct targeted optimization measures. Further development of control systems: You design the further development within the Participation Controlling (e.g. using Power BI and SAC) and roll it out into the subsidiaries. Forecasting and planning process: You create forecast and planning templates, perform these automatically together and interpret the results. Process optimization: You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling processes, BI Queries and data quality. Transfer Pricing: You regularly review the Intercompany pricing and control the national companies specifically for EBT margins. Project cooperation: You accompany SAP rollouts in the associated national companies and process ad hoc inquiries from the management, e.g. in the financial assessment of acquisitions or existing holdings.

Academic background: You have a successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You bring at least five years of relevant experience in controlling (ideally in participation controlling) and have knowledge in accounting according to HGB. SAP competence: You work safely with SAP CO/FI and ideally also have knowledge of the SD and MM modules. Software knowledge: You control Excel at expert level; Experience in dealing with BI tools such as Analysis for Office and Power BI is an advantage. Language knowledge: You communicate safely in word and writing in English. You are characterised by an independent, structured and responsible way of working. Personal strengths: You convince by team capacity, resilience, trustworthiness and sovereign communication.
