You run the entire currently 11-member organizational unit water supply / pipe networks professionally and disciplinaryly. With strategic vision and implementation strength, you shape the further development of the water supply and the district heating network: Head of Division: You control technical and commercial aspects with a focus on efficiency improvement and process optimization. Proven processes check for air up and use the team to continuously improve best practice approaches. Water supply: Strategically secure the resilience of the solid infrastructure and ensure the reliable supply of the climate-promoting region. As a technical manager of water supply according to W1000, you contribute to maintaining the high quality standards. district heating networks: As part of the transformation process, you will design the strategic expansion and ensure technical and organizational implementation. Business Development: You specifically expand the services for the municipalities in the cooperation area and continue to develop the service portfolio in a future-oriented manner. Asset Management: For the long-term maintenance of infrastructure, drive the further development of plant management for water and district heating networks. Project management: With an economic perspective, you are responsible for the investment and maintenance budget and accompany the projects from the tendering and awarding of planning, construction and delivery services to the acceptance and billing according to HOAI/VOB. Cooperation: You actively control the information flows between internal interfaces, external service providers and partners and ensure a targeted interaction between all parties.

You bring a degree from the fields of water management, supply technology, energy and environmental technology, process engineering or construction (focus on civil engineering) or a comparable qualification. You will have knowledge and experience in water and heat supply – grid construction and grid operation (water and district heating). Here you have already been able to optimize processes and control service providers – taking into account all relevant technical and commercial aspects. Your state of knowledge on the procurement law (VOB/HOAI), the DVGW and AGFW regulations are also up to date. Projects are analytical, hands-on, focused on innovation and results-oriented.
