Your duties • Total responsibility as contractor representative for the management of all construction and assembly activities incl. Commissioning for plants in industrial engineering / power plant construction • Leadership of the construction site team of construction monitoring on site • Coordination and control of all works and subcontractors involved in the construction • Monitoring compliance with work safety and environmental regulations at the construction site • Technical examination and evaluation of tenders and participation in negotiations and award of contracts for partial services Ensuring compliance with timetables, budgets and quality standards Implementation of construction meetings Interface management between project participants Representation of the builder in all matters of the construction site Accompanying the acceptance and assurance of all acceptance processes

Your profile • Complete study of civil engineering or mechanical engineering in power plant construction with Bachelor, Master or Diploma or comparable • At least a 10-year professional experience in construction or construction monitoring, desirable in the field of power plant and industrial construction • Structured and independent operation • Good interpersonal and communicative skills • Team skills and interest in interdisciplinary tasks • Ready-to-use, flexibility and reliability • Secure knowledge of German and secure knowledge of English in word and writing • Safe handling of computer systems such as MS Office applications or AVA programs
