Responsibility for the strategic development and digitization of our internal control system (IKS) using modern technologies and automation solutions Conception and implementation of multidimensional risk management in close coordination with top management and the SYNLAB group Advising the specialist areas in the introduction and implementation of effective controls – pragmatic and solution-oriented Analysis and modelling of processes and derivation of appropriate control measures Implementation of sound reviews and assessment of the effectiveness of existing controls as well as the creation of management reports and KPI dashboards for the effectiveness of IKS activities Contact person (m/w/d) for internal and external auditors:innen Preparation / implementation of training courses for departments

Successfully completed studies in business, finance, audit or comparable Ideally, at least two years of professional experience in auditing and sound knowledge in the field of internal audit, risk management or IKS Experience in the introduction or optimization of IKS systems and digital solutions Analytical strength paired with pragmatism – you will find solutions that work and not just fill paper Embossed IT affinity and ideally experience with IKS software (e.g. SAP and Corestream) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
