You organize personnel deployment and resource planning within your layer You lead, motivate and develop the production team You conduct employee talks and shift transfers You agree closely with the production management, the planning team and adjacent departments You can safely adjust production quantities and quality standards (HACCP/IFS) You capture, analyze, and optimise production key figures and anticipate audits, traces and continuous process improvement

You have several years of professional experience in team management and production, ideally in the food industry You are an organizational institution and meet decisions under time pressure You have communication strength and enforcement capability You have a strong sense of quality and hygiene as well as knowledge of occupational safety You have basic knowledge in Lean methods, which is advantageous, and very good computer skills (ERP system, MS Office) You speak very well German, English are of advantage, and you are ready for shiftwork
