Part-time or full-time (min. 30 hours) social education specialist for our Gum location (m/f/d)

We have these tasks ready: • You advise interested parties about our range of measures and, if necessary, work together on further career planning. • The social pedagogical support of the participants is an essential task for your tasks. • In the AIR integration measure, the social pedagogical support of the participants belongs to your working day; a large part of this will be the career orientation to support career choice. • In case of need, participants support the management of crises. • They acquire suitable internships and cooperate with companies from different industries. • Opinions and reports are prepared by yourself. • You work closely with our psychologists and the cost-beneficiaries.

These qualifications are based on: • You have a completed study in the social and educational field as well as professional experience in adult education. • In addition to the participant-oriented educational work, you will bring knowledge or interest in mental/physical illness images. • Your strengths include patience and team skills, communication strength and humor – for fresh momentum in each group. • You have an interest in the regional labour market and in an accurate job placement at the end of the measure. • For mobility, bring a class B licence. • Good PC knowledge and interest in organization and documentation complete your profile.
