Accountant (m/f/d)

As an Accountant (m/w/x), you are an important part of our Accounting team and contribute to a smooth financial process with your careful and structured work. Your focus is on debitor accounting and receivable management. At the same time, you will support the team in selected accounting activities and help your colleagues to ensure a reliable and service-oriented financial administration. Creation and management of customer accounts as well as ensuring a timely and correct settlement Monitoring and management of open receivables including dunning and settlement of payment agreements Accounting and allocation of incoming payments and voting of debitor accounts Maintenance and coordination of customer accounts and support in the clarification of differences Contact person (m/w/x) for customers with questions about invoices and payment processes Support for monthly completion work and continuous optimization of internal processes Close cooperation with Finance, Sales and Customer Service

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification Good knowledge of financial accounting Experience in receivable management, in particular in dunning and debitor accounting Careful, structured and independent functioning Safe handling of MS Office as well as experience with an ERP or commodity management system Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Friendly and professional appearance in written and oral communication High sense of responsibility and strong team skills Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing requirements
