for our care facilities in Burtenbach, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Leipheim, Penzberg and Starnberg.

Your tasks are

• You recognize the personal needs of our residents and take into account their individual resources and problems.
• You take medicines and take care of the wounds to alleviate the pain of the residents and improve health.
• You are a contact person for family members and doctors and advise our residents on how to promote their health.
• As part of the care planning, you will check with the team compliance with concepts, standards and methods of care.

• You are a dedicated and empathic personality with a state-recognized degree as a nursing professional, nursing caregiver or as a health and nursing caregiver
• You'll meet the seniors and your teammates at eye level.
• You are flexible and can quickly work into new structures.
• You like to drive to the respective locations by car.
• You are loyal to the Church and the Diacony and, in this sense, actively guarantee self-determination and social participation for the senior citizens in our institutions.

• An interesting and demanding and responsible task unlimited in full-time or part-time from 35 hours per week with a high degree of independence

• Remuneration according to AVR-Bayern Diakonie with attractive over-tariff allowances, specifically between 4.265 Euro to 4.778 Euro gross per month (at full time, 01.01.2026)
