• You are responsible for work in Cross National Teams, with other Central Banks (6 CB) and the construction and operation of the Digital Euro infrastructure. The following aspects include their responsibility:
• Strategic development and responsibility for the CI/CD pipeline
• Continuous analysis and evaluation of the automation of the build, test and deployment process
• Responsibility for the scalability and reliability of the CI/CD infrastructure
• Development, maintenance and operation of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis CI, CircleCI, Bamboo or similar
• Monitoring of CI/CD pipelines and proactive elimination of incidents and problems to ensure high availability
• Support in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans
• Monitoring the performance, availability and security of the 24/7 cloud infrastructure

Specific values: Your qualifications

• Master or equivalent degree in computer science, economics or comparable discipline
• Very good knowledge of containerization and orchestration, preferably Docker and Kubernetes
• Multiannual professional experience in work with CI/CD tools and platforms
• Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructures (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Good knowledge of version control, especially Git
• Experience with script languages such as Bash, Python or Ruby and deep knowledge in creating scripts
• Communication and team skills also in cross-national cooperation
• Independent decision-making competence within the framework of D€ product organization including target definitions, budget and schedule
• Good communicative knowledge in German and English
• readiness and ability to carry out business trips to European countries
• Ready to take responsibility in international projects and to represent the interests of the Bundesbank
• Acquisition of readiness outside the regular working hours to ensure the 24/7 operation of the Digital Euro
