Analysis and solution of technical problems by customer order and/or by order of the regional internal field service coordinator Implementation of service orders commissioning and handover of complete solutions, individual machines, individual parts and implementation of maintenance agreements Support the “Aftersales” business Close cooperation with the sales team

Senior Consultant (m/w/d/x) Extensive knowledge of technical problems, preferably in the food industry Knowledge of our products Experiences in communication with customers High degree of self-organization, self-discipline and resilience Ability to work together in different teams Flowing German and good English skills Joy in travel activities (within Germany) and flexibility to work on weekends driving licence class B
